Are you a hybrid worker?

Splitting your time between working from home and in the office is called hybrid working and according to the Office for National Statistics (ONS) more and more of us are doing it.

The ONS says that since the pandemic hybrid working has risen from 13% in early February 2022 to 24% in May 2022* and that 78% of those who worked from home said that being able to work flexibly gave them an improved work life balance.

Taking your home office space seriously is important not only for your comfort but also to your productivity. If you’re thinking of installing air conditioning to make your home office more comfortable take a look at our blog post five reasons why you should fit air conditioning in your home office.

Business owners are also putting measures in place to ensure their teams feel safe and ready to return to the office. The most common safety measure workers said they wanted when returning to their place of work was ventilation (69%), such as open windows, followed by enhanced cleaning procedures (66%).

Air conditioning will provide an adequate supply of fresh air and ventilation by keeping a constant movement of air and assisting any ventilation systems to achieve the suggested air changes. You can read a more in-depth analysis of covid-19 and the air conditioning units we install here.

Whether you’re working from home, in the office, or both, contact us today to discover how air conditioning can help improve your productivity whilst keeping you safe and comfortable.
