We are really excited that two new customers have recently received their brand new Stagionello units! One of which is Muddy Boots down in London, Anna is due to visit site next week and we can't help being a bit jealous of the lovely treats she is going to see there!

Stagionello units are showcase cabinets for salami drying a seasoning, we can't wait to see what kind of products Muddy Boots create with the cabinet!

'Roland and Miranda Ballard left their London media careers in December 2008 to move back to Roland’s family’s farm in Worcestershire. They had an idea to try to build a brand that celebrated some of the best meat and farming in the country. They wanted to do this with ‘popular meats’ – like burgers, sausages and ready meals – as much as with steaks and joints so that they could demonstrate how every meat product should use the best farmed and properly handled meat.
