Food Centre overhaul of Air Conditioning and Cold Rooms

We have been carrying out over the past month an overhaul of the Preparation Room Air Conditioning and Cold Room Condensers at a North Wales Food Technology Centre. Working around the rooms various uses to carry out the works which Included: For Cold Room Condensers: To replace the Cold room condensers. To Recover the R404a Refrigerant and dispose of this within F Gas regulations. To remove and dispose of existing Condenser units ( Outdoor units ) and dispose of under environmental regulations. To provide waster transfer documentation. Flush out existing pipework. To supply and Install new Hermetique Condensing units with capacities to match existing units. To Supply and install new sight valves, inline filter driers. To Replace aged power cabling. To charge units up to correct levels with new refrigerant gas. To Check insulation and replace any worn. To supply and Install new powder coated metal housing. Commission units and supply commission statements.       For Prep Room Air Conditioning To replace the Preparation Room Air Conditioning To Recover the R22 Refrigerant and dispose of this within F Gas regulations. To remove and dispose of existing existing units and dispose of under environmental regulations. To provide waster transfer documentation. Flush out existing pipework. To Supply and Install New Qualitair Low Temperature cassettes, new condensers and new controls. Commission units and supply commission statements. Over All the works were carried out over several weeks. Replacing the older unit and also R22 Gas was very important to the college  and we are very happy we could help with the project.
